Never even walked through the door of this place, but just got the vibe of terrible service from a guy. The man in the green shirt was taking a phone call outside and was blocking the doorway as we walked up to it. We were hoping to have a nice breakfast after a long tour, but he rudely corrected us away from the door (WHILE ON THE PHONE) and to a line outside of the restaurant. We are not familiar with the area, and we have never visited before, but the way he acted like we were supposed to automatically know where to go (with no signage outside the diner at all), just made us walk away and go down the street to another diner. Much better service at Nassau Diner, would definitely rather go...

We had a great breakfast last week and highly recommend it. The menu is huge and varied and you can order breakfast or lunch at breakfast which is really helpful if you have people with you who don’t love traditional breakfast food. The pancakes, specifically the peanut butter chocolate chip version, were amazing. And I don’t say that lightly! The breakfast sandwiches were awesome, too. The only thing we didn’t love was the French Toast. Nothing “wrong” with it, just wasn’t as outstanding as our other breakfasts. It’s very laid back and service is great.

PJ's has been on our wishlist for a while and we finally made it on a Saturday for brunch. We got a table immediately and the vibe was excellent. Our server was prompt and the service was good and fast.Highlights of our order were waffles and ice cream Cannoli french toast with strawberries. They were made to perfection. The Shakshuka was below part and the country brunch was just okay nothing exceptional or out of the ordinary.Lower stars because I did not find value for the money spent 100+.

We have been returning to this small diner for 50 years due to its good food and cozy atmosphere. There is always a waiting line, so arrive early. We were early enough to get the (only) window table. They have expanded their menu so that you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner here. This time we came for both dinner (chicken Caesar salad, crepes with berries) and breakfast (eggs Benedict, omelette). Delicious.
