Menú Temporada €€€ The food was really very good indeed. We went for a tasting menu containing most of the things we would have chosen from a la carte. Amuse bouche of beetroot gazpacho and tiny cheese and onion soufflé were a brilliant start. Highlight of the dishes for me was 2 perfect scallops, flavour seared in, with a black olive mayonnaise. Suckling pig, foie gras, langoustine tempura with a soy froth other dishes to knock your socks off. Everything delicately balanced flavour and the look (edible flowers and shoots etc).
