We called in on a drive through Bonanza seeking tapas; came way very happy with our seafood choice, highlighted by these little scallops in a shell, in a beautiful garlic sauce (that was nutty, not garlicky! . Lovely couple, very helpful to my limited Spanish, and a good choice of seafood, as it should be, as Bonanza is the fishing port of Sanlucar; both Columbus and Magellan sailed from here on their epic voyages of discovery! Good food, good learning, great choice!
I visited Pablo Tapas Restaurant several times during my stay in Sanlucar, and on each occasion had an excellent meal of fresh and local produce. Pablo's kitchen produces imaginative tapas and these, combined with his fresh fish and shellfish, made each meal a varied and delightful experience. Pablo can't do enough to make you feel welcome. Situated in Bonanza, very close to the fishing port, a drive or bus journey from Sanlucar to this restaurant is well rewarded.
Siempre la visita de nos hace más agradable con el camarero más atento , educado y culto. Es un encanto de verdad que sí , Ismael gracias por hacernos siempre la espera y la comida más agradable, y la atención es espectacular. Y si compañero Alex igual de atento . Gracias chicos .
Cuando el Sol cae por Malandar,mirando la fusión del Rio Betis con el Atlántico ,desde Bonanza ,barrio marinero.Buena gente,buenas tapas y mejor manzanilla.No te lo pierdas padre. No hace falta ir a bajo guia,esto es más humilde,mas puro,sabe y huele a sal.
