What a great place offering great food but sadly just too busy to be able to deliver the service. We ordered classic tapas the waiter (Pablo? was really attentive and helpful but he simply had too many people to serve and really awful assistance. So...having got our drink and some of our food, it started to go down hill from there. We didn 't actually get all the food we ordered but by this stage as there are two parts to the restaurant actually getting someone to tell was impossible as they were all in the outer courtyard or in the kitchen. In the end we finished our meal, we spent 15 minutes at the table with no-one in the restaurant other than similarly poorly served diners, all the table...
We went twice with our kids for this restaurant as they love that place so much. The interior is very nice and almost stylish in the setup although it perfectly fits to the spanish topic of the Restaurant. This time we ordered again a total...of 12 different kinds of Tapas and all of them tasted delicious and were perfectly served, nice, hot and with a very friendly service. The kids got some nice drinks and we had quite nice open vine I think aro 5 6€/glass. With the tapas we got some bread which we didn't really need. The dessert was, according to our kids, delicious (nothing left for us to try) and so we left and will be back. Only downside, if you will, is that we have to travel 65km to...
Apparently you need to make a reservation here as space is limited and the place is popular. There were ten of us at the table and we tried many of the Tapas on offer and salads too. I ordered a salad with strips of chicken...breast and crispy bacon for under 7 euros and was pleasantly surprised by its size and the mix of leaves/hard boiled egg/asparagus tips/tomato etc. Others ate 1 or 2 Tapas choices (grilled prawns much bigger than you normally get in Germany, fried sardines, patatas bravas which were the right mix of spicy and fried) and paid roughly the same. We will definitely be back.
Eat was good, we ordered a lot of different tapas and followed it with a few dishes and some see eating. all were satisfied it is a good place to be, but I 'm sensoring the evaluation, as many people are there and always...the attention is not possible. we waited for everything and had even more difficult ways to get additional orders or ask for bill. as with most places in karlsruhe, it is impossible to pay with 'normal' credit card. if they have visa or mastercard, prepare to be asked for cash.

We had Tapas at Pablos with a friend, and not only was the food quite good, the service was perfect and the ambiance was very comfortable and enjoyable. As English speakers who are still learning Deutsch, we're not always sure what kind of reception we...will get, but the staff at Pablos went out of their way to make us comfortable, which was very refreshing. Beatrice, in particular was super. The food was very good, the service was impeccable, and we will definitely be back.
One of the best evenings we had for years! We appreciated a lot the personal approad of the staff. There is a wide range of tapas but you can order a meal from the menu as well. Their red wine (Marqués de Riscal) is superb....Good food, great music and a fantastic atmosphere. If possible, we will definitely eat there again.
Food was great, delicious Spanish Tapas...German food also available. Friendly staff and service. Restaurant itself is not big, better to reserve a table before going.
