This is my favorite steakhouse on Long Island. From the valet service to the bussers everyone is friendly and extremely welcoming. For the prices you cannot beat it for the quality of the food they serve. We absolutely love the thick cut bacon and always order an appetizer special. Tonight we had the pierogi which were delicious. I highly reccomend the ribeye as this is one of the most tender steaks I’ve had served to me. Better than most restaurants who claim a 45 or 60 day dry aged. The service here is fantastic you will not see an empty drink on your table and they do not leave any crumbs on your table. One of our favorites. It was a nice enjoyable visit, however the drinks were not as awesome as usual. The lemon drop martini was anything but delicious. The porterhouse steak was ok, not as fabulous as usual. Actually the filets were not juicy, they were dry tasty like they sat under heat lamps or something too long) no sauces were offered we forgot to ask when ordering) we always highly recommend Paces. And will go back again, because we know they usually are amazing. Tonight it was over all a less amazing then usual. We all have our off nites.
Outstanding! We went for Mother's Day. Party of 7. There was no outrageous Mothers Day offerings. Just straight off the menu with specials. Patrick was so accommodating and got us the best corner table. Ryan greeted us at the bar for drinks and was awesome while waiting for our preferred table. Alexandra and Katlin were amazing with service as was the rest of the table staff. Food was unbelievably good. This restaurant is simply the best! Book a table now
The food .. the service.. I love steak houses and paces was great.. I got rib eye.. and the waiter knew exactly what I wanted and didn't have to ask me what I meant when I said black and blue.. he brought the steak perfectly cooked all the sides were family style.. I never had an empty glass.. the drinks were delicious.. I found it to be clean.. not new but comfortable seats.. everyone was professional.. I would definitely go back
Can be noisy during prime time but this time we dined early 5:30pm so it was quiet. Very disappointed with my steak coming medium rare when I asked for medium well. By time the steak came back other food was cold including my spouses entire meal. My steak was now medium. I just graciously accepted it. We don't mind spending if the food is good and cooked correctly. Expensive disappointment. Staff was great.
Food was delicious and well priced. Fast and attentive service. Ordered the mozzarella and tomato salad/caprase- fairly small compared to their other dishes/sides that we ordered and seen on other tables. That being said, drinks were strong and made well. Ordered two marinated porterhouse for one- perfect temperature, creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. Family size sides. Definitely worth going.
Had to eat in Noisy bar full of crude and rude people with crying unsupervised babies.Porterhouse Steak for 2 was not very good . Alot of grizel and undercooked.For the price of 188.00 for two I expected better.Wait staff was very nice and apologetic.Stressful dinner.Couldnt wait to get out if there. Book a table now
Four of us just had a lovely dinner in the Library section of restaurant to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday! Excellent service by Josh and Alexa and Michael! Black and blue filet mignon was awesome! Highly recommend! Always a fine dining experience!
