Right next to Margaritaville on Hollywood beach and the shops, easy to get to if you park in the Hotel Public parking garage, If you’re sitting outside you have a direct view of the bandshell, the downside is this place is very small inside and outside, so seating is VERY VERY limited, I was really looking forward to the Seco de Cordero, Lamb shank beans and rice, my wife had the Ceviche Mixto, it was good but nothing that would bring me back! Every time I visit Hollywood, this restaurant tops my list. The food here is simply outstanding. The octopus and veal heart are exceptional, and the ceviche is always fresh and spot on. The fresh fruit drinks are delicious as well. We're from New Jersey and hadn't been here in a couple of years. It was wonderful to see Meto again; he remembered my wife and me and was just as friendly and welcoming as always. His recommendations are always excellent—be sure to ask him for one! I give it two thumbs up and send compliments to the chef. Do yourself a favor and dine here—you'll want to come back for more!
The Pescado lo Macho had almost no sauce at all. The fish was overcooked, resulting in a burnt taste that overwhelmed the dish. To make matters worse, they also forgot to include the rice. This was my first time ordering, and I was really let down after reading all the positive reviews.
Delicious food! Excellent atmosphere and attention, their fish at Lo Macho is simply spectacular! That mix and balance between the grilled steak and the delicious yellow chili sauce. Close to the beach
