My husband, mother (who was celebrating her birthday), and I had a delightful experience at Pacific Catch. Everything we tried, from the fresh and delicious Ahi "Bombs" (Serrano) to the Rising Sun and Rainbow Rolls, Pacific Yellowtail Sushi Tacos, and Crispy Alaskan Cod, was excellent. The cocktails were also delicious. The service was friendly, and the restaurant had a quiet atmosphere, allowing for easy conversation. My only suggestion would be that if I had mentioned that it was a birthday celebration when booking our table, it would have been a nice touch for the restaurant to bring out something small with a candle at the end. This gesture doesn't have to be expensive, but it adds a lot...
In general, this restaurant was a pleasant dining experience. The menu offered a wide selection of choices, perhaps even overwhelming. However, the dish we ended up ordering was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The prices were reasonable, the staff was welcoming, and the restaurant is conveniently located.
We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The location was perfect and the service was excellent, making our meeting very productive.
We haven't been to Pacific Catch for many years. The menu has changed a bit, but the same great food. Happy half wine Tuesday!
