I saw this company on an episode of Evening Magazine, Seattle based program. This is a family run, small, operated family business. The cookies looked amazing. I thought, why not promote in purchasing from a small business, but I was hesitant and here's why. My son has to eat gluten free and I have tried many, many times to bake gluten free breads, cookies, you name it but to no avail. I am always a bit skeptical on purchasing gluten/vegan free products because sometimes they are hit and miss. But I am happy to say this isn't so with these cookies. Bad place to work at. The Pay is good and every employee is nice. But they shouldn’t have their employees working in hot weather specially inside the bakery where the ovens are hot. Absolutely not acceptable.
