I visited the Brandermill location for lunch expecting a good meal, but was let down. It took almost 30 minutes to receive a simple egg salad sandwich, and I eventually left out of frustration. Watching the three women make the sandwiches was disappointing—they had to keep double-checking the order for such a basic item. With better attention, the sandwich could have been ready in about 10 minutes. As a longtime fan of Padow’s, it’s clear this location has lost its appeal and is in need of a serious update. I cannot recommend it—the food is just average, the service is poor, and the wait times are far too long.
