The restaurant formerly known as Chicken Palace has rebranded as Kennedy Chicken, but unfortunately, the food quality has declined significantly. The chicken now tastes bland, similar to plain homemade chicken. We tried the 2-for-$5 chicken sandwich, which used to feature a flavorful chicken tender, but now they use low-quality chicken patties that don’t measure up. For just $4.98, you can buy a pack of ten Tyson chicken patties that taste better. We've decided to stop visiting this place, and it appears there are new owners since the staff has completely changed.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. The owner or whoever picked up the phone was extremely rude and had me on the phone for 7 minutes and kept saying I need to be patient the food isn?t going to fly there. While he had me on hold for 7 minutes and on top of that, thedriver LEFT MY FOOD ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN. This place needs to be closed down because that was uncalled for and Ihave never had such an experience with Seamless/Restaurant before. I was able to get my refund back and I?m happy about that,but I hope new people start working there or it gets shut down.
I eventually stopped going there because of a nighttime employee who is a big guy. He appears to be Muslim but talks with an Italian and street-style accent. We didn't really connect, and he always seemed unfriendly, as if he could take you on in a fight or something. On the other hand, the Guyanese guy and the older gentleman are really nice. The food is decent, and I particularly enjoy their double specials.
I stopped going there after a while, because it's a husky guy there at works at night, he looks Muslim but he speaks like he's Italian and hood. I really didn't get along with him like that. He doesn't smile or nothing, hell just talk to you like he couldbeat you in fighting or something. But the Guyanese guy and the older guy, they cool. The food is ok, I love their doublespecials.

I ordered a 10-piece meal without wings, but when my family and I tried the chicken, it tasted spoiled, as if it had been left out too long. On another occasion, I ordered a 15-piece meal but only received 12 pieces, even though I paid for 15. This will be my last time ordering from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.
The food at Chicken Grill is tasty, but the service leaves something to be desired. One of the older staff members, who handles both cooking and cashier duties, can sometimes seem rather arrogant. On the other hand, the younger cashier is very professional, courteous, and friendly.
the guy with the bandana that usually works there has an disgusting attitude, the quantity of the food is so small .these people dont even know how to treat their customer. old and smelly chicken in the gyro he told me never to come back.so much forcustomer service.
I usually get an order of Fried Onion Rings and 2pcs Fried Flounder. 4pks of Tartar Sauce, and back home for the night.
