I 'm only in my second week of my new gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free lifestyle and am finding the adjustment a little challenging. The service, menu and food here are divine! I couldn 't believe it when I asked the pleasant waiter what they had that was gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free and he said 'Everything '. Happy days for me The waiter even checked if I was ok to have ghee when I mentioned dairy-free. Pantry 15 was a surprise find in the heart of Cairns. Beautiful clean food, plenty of options for those of us with food intolerances/allergies. The sweet potato rostis are divine, red velvet lattes are delicious, everything I had was high quality and very tasty. Good service and very willing to cater to needs. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I wish I could take this cafe back to Melbourne with me! They certainly put most Melbourne cafes to shame. Well done Pantry 15, you've nailed it!!
Incredible. This was the first place I found in Australia offering bulletproof coffee and as if I wasn't excited enough about that, their bowls also turned out to be spectacular. I highly recommend the nutty professor- tastes like hazelnut ice cream. The staff here are welcoming and accommodating, and definitely check it out if you're in the area!!
This Cafe is my favourite Cafe when we fly to Cairns. The food is so delicious and authentic. The presentation is perfection,makes it not only authentic but just an absolute pleasure to be in. The best for gluten free options. The owner is also so lovely and made sure we were ok. I recommend the Pink Flamingo, absolutely delicious.

Such yummy food! Came here for a late breakfast with my partner, waited a little while for our food and the staff acknowledged that and gave us a complimentary coffee. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, relaxing atmosphere and the coffee is delicious! I will defiantly be back.
Having healthy options on holidays is amazing.. Highly recommend food was lovely and fresh but overall customer service was superb always a delight to go somewhere out to eat with your family and the staff are very welcoming with exceptional service. Thank you
We had breakfast here on Sunday and the food was to die for! I couldn’t get it down quick enough. The juice was the perfect mix of goodness. Thank for making a cafe that’s so welcoming and inviting. We will definitely be back.
Delicious, fresh and nutritional food. Love their Nutty Professor bowl and their tumeric and matcha lattes. The staff are always super friendly and the food is mouth wateringly good. Yum yum yum!!

Great little cafe in the heart of the Cairns CBD with truly something for everyone. We tried the cauliflower and chickpea curry and it was delicious.
