Serving well.... is not serving enough!!! The meat comes to the table all at once, which makes it cold.... not enough salad and the waiter doesn't know the difference between medium-rare or well-done meat... decadent atmosphere and there would have to be a meal option for those who work on the road.... example truck drivers and self-employed salespeople!!!!
