This local drive-thru chain delivers hot and fresh food at an impressively rapid pace! No matter which location you choose, you can always count on consistent quality and service. During my recent visit, I ordered the Pals double junior hamburger with cheese and extra pickles, along with the standard toppings. The hot, lightly seasoned fries paired perfectly with a refreshing Pibb Xtra. There are always customer parking spots available if you want to enjoy your meal in your vehicle, or you can take it home or to a nearby park for a relaxing lunch.
We absolutely love PALs! The service is fast and efficient. You place your order on one side, pay, and then pick up your food on the other. My favorite is the chili bun, while one of my kids prefers the plain hot dogs. Everyone enjoys the fries, sodas, and shakes as well. We've visited all their locations throughout the Tri-Cities area, and the food and service are consistently quick and reliable. Just a tip: make sure you know what you want before you reach the window to avoid slowing down the line!
This restaurant has really declined, especially since the owner of Pal's passed away. The quality of the food is quite poor. A Big Pal that used to taste like genuine ground beef now resembles a frozen patty. For some reason, they also microwave the mayonnaise and lettuce on the burgers, which is quite unappetizing. The hot dogs have also become unappetizing; they serve a wilted, microwaved bun smothered in chili. The prices have increased, but the quality has significantly decreased.
I would give a higher rating for the service because the in-person experience is excellent. However, I think Pals should consider expanding their business to offer delivery options like DoorDash. This would give those who can't visit the restaurant the chance to enjoy Pals' delicious food.

I am always amazed by the fast service at Pals. Regardless of how long the queue is, I can count on being in and out in a flash. The burgers are consistently tasty, and the strawberry shake exceeds my expectations.
Love me some Pals. Their hot dogs are pretty good and I enjoyed them. The food was good but the problem was the condiment person was very happy with the mustard. Need to settle down a little bit in my opinion
The customer service was excellent. I ordered a gallon of tea and accidentally left it at the second window. When I returned a week and a half later, they asked if I still wanted it.
I was so surprised, from having a person taking orders instead of a squawk box to the incredible taste of my Pals Double Burger. I have found the perfect cheeseburger.
