Just don't! After a day of training for the new job I was so looking forward to a delicious meal at a 4.5 star restaurant! FPH didn't look like much when I went in, the hostess greeted as I ran to the loo. It was a bit dingy but sometimes that can be ok. We sat down, and the prices should have been the first clue this place wasn't great. $17 for liver and onions... is it grass fed organic? Nothing in this place was either of those. The waitress, when she finally came was either the only waitress in the whole restaurant or was asleep. Once the food finally came it was horrible to look at. The salad was literally a few soggy leaves on a huge plate with a couple of croutons. The fries were unde...
I order here frequently, multiple meals to eat over a few days. I adore the Roast TomTurkey Dinner and Meatloaf af Dinner but have also order fish dishes, ham, breakfast, soups, sandwiches, steak, etc. I love the soup of the day and have never been disappointed in a meal. Eating here is soooo much better than fast food, and only marginally more expensive. Two huge thumbs up!
This place has THE potato pancakes. If you've never had the potato pancake here before you're in for a treat. This diner does them the best, I haven't seen any other diner get it right, the ones here are perfect. I've consider getting a part-time job here just to steal the recipe.
