Go to Chipotle across the street. You get larger portions at Chipotle for less. If the portions we're 90% of Chipotle's at Pancheros, I'd be more than willing to spend a few extra bucks to support a local business. Instead of a large corporation in Chipotle. But not if the portions are 60% of Chipotle's. I would come weekly if things changed. I've been 4 times to give Pancheros a chance. The Chicken portions are laughable, especially the extra meat portions you pay extra for. I understand it's hard to run a small business in today's world. But it feels cheap for what they charge. Hopefully things change! Would love to support a local business!
Cashier stuck his finger with no gloves into my queso cup to grab it before filling it and tried to serve it to me. He fixed it and put gloves on when I asked but still. It’s gross. He just handled someone’s credit card right before me. Not ordering “pick up” any time soon because who knows what they’ll do behind your back.Other than that never any problems with the food. Look forward to it once a week at least and always friendly faces behind the counter. First time in 8 visits I’ve had an issue but it bothered me that it did not seem like an issue immediately with the employee. So again, mobile pickup be cautious.
Would give it 0 starts if i could. We had called them for a catering oder for my daughters birthday. Spoke to the owner who took the order. I called to confirm a week before and was assured they had it. The day of went to pick it up and the order was never given to the employees. The people working there did not even know english to even help. They gave the number of the owner that never picked up the phone that day. Never even called back to say sorry or anything. I used to like this place but will never give them my business again. STAY AWAY FOR CATERING ORDERS. Thank god we were able to order pizza.
