Ordered a vegan option. Noticed the staff member put my wrap directly on top of the hot tray of pork prior to wrapping. Noticing other customers were having meat options in front of me, I politely asked the staff member if she was able to change her glove before wrapping mine. She looked perplexed and stood staring at me before an incredibly rude staff member said “what’s your issue?” And then said a firm “No” that it was not possible and made me feel so uncomfortable for asking. What marvelous experience! Enchiladas verdes for me... 3 soft tortillas filled with 3 different types of meat: lamb, pork, and pork with pineapple. The meat was so soft, totally melt in the mouth... delicious! With a mountain of toppings: onions, nopalitos, salsa. Oh joy! With a bottle of dos equis! My daughter had a children burrito, still the size of a house, with rice, beans, meat, veggies... she couldn't finish it. And a bottle of jarritos. A full meal is about 12 quid, so worth it. As a California girl, I was craving a burrito and decided to try this restaurant based on its high ratings. The customer service was excellent and the food matched that quality. I inquired about their salsa's spiciness and was told they had a habanero option, which I was excited about as I had been missing spicy salsa since moving to the U.K. However, when I tried the burrito, I found it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped for. Despite this, I would still recommend this place and would definitely return if I am in the area again.
I've travelled around a fair bit and enjoy my food. I have to say Pancho's Burritos is a real treat! When in Manchester make a beeline here as the food is authentic, fresh, above all tasty! and did a mention extremely reasonably priced- including loyalty card! You'd have to be insane to miss out.

Amazing food we had Burritos and Burrito Bowls. Super tasty bursting with flavour. Both the Bowls and the Burritos were huge, a fantastic choice of ingredients and beautifully presented. Delicious
Should good value for money! The breakfast burrito is my go to breakfast if I’m on the go! Packed with flavour The team are so friendly and the food is fresh delicious. Also the coffee is 10/10!

I returned to Manchester specifically to have lunch at this restaurant. The burrito was enormous and the portions were very generous - it will keep me full all day.

Best burrito and Mexican food in Manchester. Fact. Nothing more needs to be said. If u know of anywhere that beats this place, do tell….but I doubt it.
Visited with family, really good quality mexican food. Burrito was very tasty. Would definitely recommend and will revisit.
