This restaurant is definitely one of the worst Chinese food places in the area. I have never enjoyed the food here before, but I decided to give it one more chance. The egg rolls had very little filling, the hot and sour soup was terrible and leaned more towards sour, the Hunan chicken was okay but not amazing, and the BBQ pork kung po was not flavorful and tasted like a frozen meal. The pork was fatty as well. The presentation was unappealing with large protein chunks and thin sauces on both dishes. I will not be eating from this restaurant again.

My family and I stopped by Panda Cafe after noticing it several times while driving and decided to give it a try. We arrived in the evening and found only two other groups dining. We were seated promptly and took a little time to decide on our orders. We ordered the Mapo Tofu, Yushan Eggplant, Golden Fried Fish, Salt Pepper Tofu, and Beef Chow Fun, all of which were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the salt and pepper tofu. The prices were very reasonable, and we paid a total of $80 including tip for a party of 4.
I have ordered food from this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed it. However, I was extremely disappointed with their service today. I ordered several lunch specials from their menu on UberEats, but because it was close to 3pm, they marked all the items in my order as unavailable. I ended up canceling the order. It is frustrating when a restaurant makes their lunch menu available but is unwilling to fulfill orders before a certain time.

The food is really good. I didn't have a problem with my order, my friend wanted General Tso's tofu but it wasn't on the menu, But she requested it since tofu was on the menu and they still made it for her. Crispy and tasted good, restaurant was clean. I would highly recommend more people come here and try it out, it was strange seeing how empty it was.
This restaurant offers a great lunch menu at a price range of $10–20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Mongolian Beef dish.
