20220212 Three weeks have past, since I have posted this complaint and no one from Panda Express has contacted me. I highly recommend that no one else eat at this terrible restaurant unless you may get sick. This Panda Express is not the same anymore, it seems like they serve less than before now. Their food seems stale and flavorless, they seem to be rushed, yet still have a line wrapped around the building and you do not receive your full order or they take it wrong. They are very stingy with their chili soy sauce. I don’t recommend coming here especially since it’s in a such crowded location with poor quality food, not worth the hassle.
I went for lunch after a long day of work. Arrived an hour and a half before closing time and was told they only had fried rice left for the night, with only 3 options for entrées, none of which were what I wanted. I would have understood if it was near closing time, but there was still over an hour and a half left.
Portions were off, order wasn't right. But the customer service was decent I guess. Rice wasn't cooked fully, broccoli wasn't cooked. Asked for half and half noodles and rice got a full surviving of rice, and a fork full of noodles spread out to look like it was half. Mega fail bro.

I ordered chicken teriyaki through the online app and specifically asked for the teriyaki sauce since it always seems to be forgotten and guess what no sauce. This is always a problem here. Oh but they put in alot of the other sauces that I didn't ask for.
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, although they don't have spicy shrimp. Overall, it's still a fantastic place to dine.
the restaurant is very clean. the food looks very fresh and is very delicious. highly recommended. the atmosphere is also good.
