Tired of always ordering grilled teriyaki chicken and even writing in on the special instructions to add teriyaki sauce and never receiving any in my order. Besides that food is bland beef and broccoli lacks flavor, orange chicken was ok, and my teriyaki chicken well it?s always just grilled chicken since they never provide the sauce.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband ordered Honey chicken and orange chicken with rice after asking the lady if the food was fresh. She said it was just cooked. My husband got food poisoning. We will never eat here again. The only reason why I didn't get food poisoning is because they don't have anything gluten free.
I typically don't express my complaints, but I was genuinely disappointed after my recent visit. I spent $14.00 on my meal, and to my surprise, I received no sauce for my teriyaki chicken, no utensils, no napkin, no receipt, and not even a fortune cookie!
I was served rice that tasted spoiled, and when I requested a refund, they denied my request, despite not offering a replacement. The management was unhelpful. I will not be coming back. Book a table now
Just as you would expect. While they may label it as gourmet, don't be fooled; it's not. However, it is delicious and satisfying.
I always order the honey walnut shrimp, which is delicious. The service is decent, but the atmosphere feels quite hurried.
