I ordered food here through the drive-thru on November 8th around 8:30 pm. By the time I got home and opened my plate I was disappointed in what I had received. I ordered double orange chicken with fried rice and the portions to what I got made me feellike I was scammed. (Originally I wanted mushroom chicken and orange chicken, but the workers said they were out of the mushroomchicken). I just came back from this place. By far the worst customer service. 1. I went through the drive through and was ordering from the back seat of my car. (I was not the driver) After 30 sec, I was told to wait. I did. A full minute later a different voicecomes on and says I have to back up because they cannot hear me. I told them I was ready to place the order. *crickets* Hello?Hello? Hello? Full two minutes later same person says I have to back up my car because he cannot hear me. I was halfway through my lunch when a staff member started shouting, "Are those your cars? They need to be moved, or they'll get hit by cars coming through!" My car was parked right by the building, and I didn't want to use the McDonald's parking lot. I'm not sure why the management felt the need to direct traffic around parked cars. So I had to move my car, and I ended up ruining what was left of my meal. It was really rude behavior. Who acts like that? If there’s a parking issue, it should be addressed before lunch!
This Panda Express location is the least generous compared to others in the area. I’ve tried giving it multiple chances for the sake of convenience, but each time I leave disappointed. I often end up having to drive another 10 minutes to find a reasonable portion of food if I want Panda, and frequently end up choosing other franchises instead. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether. Book a table now
Management F- Food C+ Over all : go somewhere else. Management is horrible if they run out of something as simple as soy sauce. Fried Rice is dry and flavor less. When you order one item that 's exactly what you get, half the serving of a two itempurchase. Staff is mostly college kids trying their best but like kids they don 't listen to your order and they get razzledwhen you correct them.
I just went to Panda Express. Stephanie B. was very rude a liar. I got money out of my hand. Asked her about Chili and she gave me a stance when I said there was no one in the bag. I'm coming home, there was a part of her hair stuck between the noodles CANT eat my food now. SECURITY
Panda Express offers high-quality Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend their larger plate option if you're feeling particularly hungry. The food strikes a good balance of flavors and appears to be healthier compared to other Chinese restaurants.
I would have given this place 5 stars, Except when I picked up my order, they forgot to add the fortune cookies and the extra napkins. I believe they should emphasize in customer service and making the customer happy. Book a table now
Ordered two large plates with a cub meal. Do you really call that a roasted rice? Why noodles have no taste? Why do orange chickens like cardboard taste? Please test your food before serving the customer.
