The food was excellent, and the delivery was executed well. However, I'm giving it a 3-star rating because the store failed to include utensils and napkins, even though we requested them. Additionally, we ordered a chicken egg roll but didn’t receive any sweet and sour sauce to accompany it. This has happened for the third or fourth time now; each time we order something that typically comes with sweet and sour sauce, it’s consistently missing. There’s no option to request extra sauce during the ordering process, and the comments or substitution feature is disabled, so we can’t make our requests known.
This restaurant has been getting worse and worse with their to go and delivered orders. My bow had 3/4 full of rice and mushroom chicken . That consisted of 1 small piece of chicken, 4 very large cut mushrooms and maybe 5 small pieces of zucchini. The food didnt even ready the lid. Feel like npanda takes advantage of their customers not being present during their order prep. I am going to make sure that all of the search pages for this panda on Madison and Hazel know how their employees take advantage and still raise their prices .
I stopped going to Panda because everyone in my area is not very good. They cook everything or are old. But this place is like all three others should follow. It's great. Everything was cooler perfect.. It tasted all fresh and didn't wait. Plus very friendly girls on the front. Very patient
Panda restaurants tend to offer a consistent menu across the board. However, what sets them apart are factors like effective management, friendly and capable staff, and cleanliness. This particular location excels in those aspects.

The food was delicious, but we were disappointed with the portion sizes. The two main courses were quite small, and there was much less meat than what we've experienced when visiting Panda Express in person.
The portion sizes at this location are great! We prefer to order from here instead of a closer restaurant because they never skimp on servings, and the food is always fresher.
The restaurant was very clean, and the food was fresh. The staff members were fantastic and even gave my daughter some stickers!
The orange chicken and chow mein I had were fantastic—far better than a burger and fries, and they were less expensive too!

Always love Panda Express, sadly dasher took 40+ minutes to deliver so it was cold but that's not Panda Express's fault
