I am extremely frustrated. I received my order 6/11 approximately 12:00 PM and it had a wire from a cleaning wires brush in my food . completely unsanitary and disgusting. i reached out to panda support and it’s been almost a week and it seems like they are ignoring my email and requests for a response back . it is completely unprofessional to avoid customer because of issues that had . i have two kiddos and if i had not noticed they could’ve eaten it or choked on it as they are young 1 and 2 . i’m very disappointed in the lack of communication on pandas end as well as the cleanliness and attention to detail for the restraunt staff. The service was terrible! The woman working, Zinnia, was extremely rude to us. We were greeted with, "We close in 5 minutes, what do you want?" We ordered quickly, taking maybe 2 minutes, but she spoke in a raised voice the entire time and was throwing the metal utensils around. We remained polite and understanding, recognizing they were closing soon, but her attitude was unnecessary. I enjoy Panda Express, but it’s hard to appreciate the food when a grumpy person is handing it to you. When we left, we said thank you and have a good night, but she said nothing and continued to roughly handle the bags. It was quite an experience! I wouldn't recommend visiting if she's working.
The mall has locked the side food court door used to access to your business after decades of it being open. I can't give you money if I'm not allowed into the building you sell things in and I won't return to a place that doesn't want me there.Looking over recent reviews maybe I should be happy I couldn't access this business though.

I placed an online pick-up order on February 17th around 3:12 PM, and the man serving me was quite rude. He even argued with me about the pronunciation of my own name, which was very unprofessional. I was polite throughout the interaction, but this isn't the first time I've experienced rudeness from the staff at this location.
It's a Panda Express located in a mall, so you know what to expect. However, I want to take a moment to highlight Kelsey, who I've noticed handling the lunch rush on her own several times. She is always incredibly positive and friendly, and she does an excellent job managing customers, the register, and mobile orders.
The service was disappointing. The woman preparing our food had a very rude attitude towards my family and me. When we finished our order and asked to add fountain drinks, she rolled her eyes and sighed. Despite this, the food was good and the atmosphere was acceptable.
One dish was little over done but on the whole everything else was delicious. Staff was patient and courteous. Had good suggestions and took it in stride me changing my mind 3 times
