Update: In the past few months, the service has improved. I decided to give them another chance. The only issue is with pickup orders—they’re never ready on time, and I usually have to wait about 10 minutes. Aside from that, everything else is good. The same issue occurred with the Kung Pao veggies—they were also soft and appeared to be past their prime. I called the restaurant about it, and while they offered a replacement, I declined. I've already encountered problems with the freshness of their food, so I see this as a sign to not return. The woman I spoke with on the phone wasn’t surprised but was kind enough to offer a replacement. However, why would I want another serving of overcooked vegetables? She didn’t suggest remaking the dish, just providing a new one from the same batch.
In my experience, the Kung Pao, mushroom chicken, and broccoli beef often seem to be past their prime. It seems like they may not replenish them quickly...
The customer service was excellent. The prices are the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. That was my only issue. The food was outstanding and incredibly tasty. If you're looking for a good lunch, I definitely recommend this place. The service was quick; I was in and out in no time from when I ordered to when I paid, which I really appreciated. Overall, it's a great spot!

I visited the restaurant at 4pm and was disappointed to find that they were out of four menu items for the day. I decided to try the double orange chicken, which was tough and lacking in flavor. The beef dish I ordered came with poorly cut broccoli. I was surprised that this restaurant is able to stay in business with such subpar dishes.
Do not get the Broccoli beef at this point. The broccoli is the main thing and the beef is just a garnish. Not even a piece of meat. Only all small pieces of meat you get in a pan at the end. Not sure how the workers think it's okay to give this food to their customers and expect them to be happy.
Not sure what happened here, but the Teriyaki chicken was soggy wet and tasteless, the Beijing beef was soggy and soaked in sauce. The vegetables were drowned in a terrible tasting garlic sauce. The noodles were nice, not sure what happened to today's meat and vegetables. Clean facilities.
On Thursday at 8 o'clock, we were served by a nice young woman, but an older lady kept giving us disapproving looks as we placed our orders. The dining experience was definitely a sit-down affair, but it's Panda Express, and it meets expectations just fine.

I'm not sure if it's just this particular location or all of them, but the portion sizes at this restaurant are laughable. They often run out of multiple dishes and frequently make mistakes with your order.
