I wanted to try their new item the chili shrimp. I asked for a sample and was turned down. I still ordered a plate not the chili shrimp) and the food was just ok. Barely warm. They used to sample before covid but its been a long while since covid. I work in the food business and give EVERYONE a sample the minute they walk in. That is our policy. I have never asked for a sample at Panda and guess I won't again. I understand how some people abuse the sampling but feel Panda is just being cheap. I agree with the reviews that have already been posted - the management at this restaurant is awful. The lady in charge has the personality of a rock and refuses to do anything to satisfy a customer. I asked for a little bit of sweet and sour sauce on my food, and she not only refused but also charged me for it. This lady, whose name is J U L, needs to find another job or else this restaurant will continue to receive negative reviews. The employees seem extremely unhappy, as evidenced by their expressions and attitudes.
Wow amazing! My group that came here had a tike crunch so we were hoping it was quick. It took us about 5 minutes total for 5 of us to get food. It was so fast and they had everything already there for us. The workers were quick and very respectful. The restaurant is very clean, the food presentation is excellent, and the taste was great. The employees were friendly today, and overall, the restaurant has definitely improved.

Clean. Fast. Delicious. Nice staff and customers. Food is healthy if order right. Never disappoints! Teriyaki chicken is very good.
Panda has a great product. Consistent. I like that you can just get a small box of something instead of a big meal.
