Waited in line for 15 minutes, employees passing by never a word,asked rhe manager Joanna if we can get service,said buisy training new employee, no customer service,as I walked away do you want something or not,lost a customer for good!!!!
I could leave no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Did not have anything to choose from 2 hours before closing and apparently did not plan on making anything.
Every time I visit, they never have teriyaki available. At the drive-thru, they say it takes 15 minutes, but when I ask inside the store, they claim it takes 30 minutes. Book a table now
The noodles were dry, and if you ask for chopsticks at the drive-thru, it’s pointless because they never include them in the bag.
