Panda Express - Table reservation

Each Panda Express location is unique, but this one appears to offer less variety of food and focuses more on speed. The lines are shorter here compared to other Panda Express locations we've visited, but the taste of the food is consistent with what you would expect from the chain. You can quickly order and be served without having to wait in a long line.

I visited Panda Express at Hillsdale Mall on Friday at 11:20 am. I ordered two meals and the service was pretty fast. The portions were great, but they were out of orange chicken. The staff politely asked if I could wait 2 minutes for a fresh batch, which was not a problem for me. The new teriyaki steak and shrimp dish was really good.

Alexa and Joyce have the worst customer service. Alexa does not properly know how to talk to customers. Is rude and disrespectful. Does not respect the work environment. She was rude about everything. Everything. The food is dry, flavorless, no sauce offered. Ambiance is horrible. Very rude people

Love this place! Friendly workers and great and fast service. Food is hot and fresh. Joyce is always friendly and efficient. She remembers what I want on every visit. She is a hard worker and definitely deserves a raise! I'll be back soon...
