I am happy to give this restaurant 4 stars, as they typically provide good service. However, recently there have been several mistakes made. On multiple occasions, I was told there was a wait for a meal that I had no issue with. Additionally, I experienced long wait times and even had my order forgotten on 5 separate occasions. Despite their quick resolution and offering of a free dish to compensate for the inconvenience, I was disappointed when my bill was incorrect due to a mistake with a duck voucher.
