I really like the place and service but today I didn’t get a receipt of my order and they forgot my drink and I had to remind them of an order. I want to think that maybe they were in a rush it is a rainy day so I will be conscious about that but worst I didn’t remember my drink until I got home. So I’ll let it pass for today since I should have been more careful when checking my orders.
We enjoy dining at Panda Express. My children particularly enjoy the white rice and chicken teriyaki, along with the delicious sauce. However, we often have to request extra teriyaki sauce because it is sometimes forgotten. This has happened three times now, and we kindly ask that the restaurant remember to include teriyaki sauce when customers order chicken teriyaki. Thank you.
Our food was not fresh and the presentation was sloppy. The noodles were dry and for some reason cut up into smaller pieces. 1 of the kung pao chickens we ordered was watery and undercooked. The orange chicken was not that fresh either. The bottom of the containers were dirty too. I've been to other Pandas and never had such a bad experience. Definately don't recommend.
The food is good, but it is very disappointing that they charge for a KUP OF WATER especially in summer. It was the first time a restaurant loaded me for a cup of water in California. Book a table now
I just love panda period. The only thing that i dislike was that i couldn't pay with cash. Other than that service was good n drive thru was kind people.
Maybe I get used to my local corner Chinese restaurant, but Panda Express gave me a spoon of my stuff. I mean, tablet still had room in it
I ordered bark and broccoli on the side and they gave me pure broccooli and a small piece of bark meat, not ok smh.
They made me pay with my debit card ? why? Only the drive-thru was open. The food was nasty and tasted old. Book a table now
