Panda Express - Table reservation

Are proper food safety procedures and training being followed at the Panda Express in Livermore? What about the risk of foodborne illnesses such as Hepatitis? I witnessed an alarming incident that demonstrated a complete disregard for hygiene and public health at this establishment. An employee, the only person serving food behind the glass shield despite a long line of customers, took leftovers from her friends. She used the tongs from the large pot of noodles to scrape leftover sauce and partially eaten noodles into the trash. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to a staff member named Kelly. It was my first visit, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. When I inquired about the different entrée and side options, she laughed at my questions instead of assisting me. This lack of professionalism has left a negative impression.

The staff here is really friendly, and the place is very clean. It was busy during our visit, but the line moved quickly. Parking can be a challenge because it’s not monitored, and many people park here for the nearby outlets.
