Panda house suffers from low cooking temperature. Food was undercooked across the board. Chicken finger batter was still raw and pasty. Chicken teriyaki was cooked thoroughly however was missing any form of sear, or maillard reaction, might as well have been boiled in water. Also chicken teriyaki tasted like straight soy sauce, no sweetness and was grey-ish in appearance. Spare ribs were also missing any browning/sear/maillard and tasted boiled and somehow lacking of saltiness. The dumplings were actually very good, but he dipping sauce tasted like supermarket sauce and was very simple in flavor. If I could give this place a zero star I would the food is gross. No flavor whatsoever on top of that the egg rolls weren’t cooked enough and they didn’t even look like what egg rolls are supposed to have inside the lo mein is terrible no flavor and the chicken fingers absolutely disgusting it’s like water downed texture. The chicken broccoli was disgusting it taste like it was soaking in dirty dish water on top of all this they forgot to deliver the egg rolls it was terrible . My first and last time getting food from this place. Never again ?
Today I ordered from panda house and I ordered 2 plates of food for $28 Now I hang up no problem. Couple minutes later restaurant calls back the saying the transaction didn't go through So now I check my bank app and I call the bank and they say the transaction did go through so I called the restaurant back and now they told me That they only got $21 but in reality they got the whole $28. Now they cancel my order People Dont waiste ur time here and dont use your Credit cards here
I ordered food for delivery from this restaurant, and after an hour without it arriving, I called to check on the status. They claimed I hadn’t provided my address, which I definitely did. My food had been sitting there the whole time, and then they had the audacity to say they would just reheat it while still expecting me to pay full price. I am really dissatisfied with the service.

This was our first time at Panda House. The food was excellent. I ordered Shrimp and Vegetables-no garlic. It was perfect, generous portion of shrimp and veggies. The flavor was great! My husband’s dinner of House Lo Mein, was very tasty. We also ordered egg rolls, delicious and unlike most other places, were not greasy. We highly recommend this restaurant.
I only ordered take out so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere. However what I did order was great Vegetarian options: Vegetable lo mein spring rolls
Without a doubt, the best restaurant in and around Westfield. I'm so glad that dine-in options are available again!
This is a great take-out only Chinese food place. Any time my work has me in the area, I always get lunch here.
