The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff is exceptional. However, I have a frustrating issue with their online ordering system. If they run out of just one ingredient or the bread you want for your sandwich, it completely removes the option and indicates it's unavailable, without giving you a chance to choose a replacement. My family orders from here quite frequently, about twice a week, because they have fantastic salads, and we all have our favorite sandwiches. It seems pointless to order online when you end up having to go into the restaurant just to reorder with a different bread!
My parents from Holland arrived at O'Hare Airport this morning. I've tried every meal and breakfast here and brought them back to the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went to pay, my card wouldn't work. I had enough money for dinner, though. I explained my situation and asked if breakfast could be removed from my order. Without hesitation, they offered to give me the breakfast items anyway! I was truly grateful and touched by their kindness. It really inspired me to pay it forward. Thank you, Panera!
I went to get some takeout and spent $100 on salads and desserts. But that’s not even the best part! The food was really well prepared. Everything was there and everything was made just right—if you know what I mean. After a long day when I didn’t have the chance to prepare my own dinner, I really appreciated having the Panera team to rely on. Thank you so much—keep up the excellent work!
I love the Panera located in the park. Lauren is excellent - she's friendly and efficient, always greeting everyone with a smile. The manager is also hands-on, helping out the staff when needed. The food is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Overall, the staff is both professional and friendly!

I was just in there with my friend, I tripped and fell and hurt my head really bad. I have a really bad migraine right now, he even kicked me out. How rude! How would you treat your customers like that? -100000/10 Definitely won't recommend.
You always feel valued here. The service was a bit slower than usual for a to-go order, but it was worth the wait. I always experience a comforting, earthy vibe in this place.
It’s a typical Panera location—clean and straightforward. The food quality is consistent. It was quite busy during my lunch visit, so be prepared to be patient.
This is a lovely restaurant with excellent service and delicious food! Parking is decent, though there are some metered spots available.
