This has been by far the worst experience I have ever encountered from Ashley a manager at Panera Bread! I simply cannot believe how dismissive and rude this company is to people who chose to spend their money at this location. I ordered over $200 for lunch for my team only to find out when I get there, 2 hours later that they haven 't received my order. Then I 'm told to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food which turned into 30 minutes. Only to find out I 'm missing 4 meals. I called back and spoke with Ashley one of the managers and no apology for missing items from my order. She stated all she can do was issue me a refund. Today, I ordered a bread bowl, but the top had only a tiny sliver cut out—barely enough to pour in the soup. The service has been consistently poor during my visits. The staff, mostly teenagers and young adults, don't seem to care about getting orders right. The food is mediocre at best, especially for Panera, and they're often out of various items. What is available doesn't appear particularly fresh most of the time. I recommend skipping this location; there are many better options available.
What a charming spot at Panera Bread! I spent a whole day working here. The seating was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the menu offered some of the best food I've had at any location. I enjoyed a bagel for breakfast that looked a bit small but was full of flavor. For lunch, I had the soup and grilled cheese, both served piping hot and absolutely delicious. My favorite feature was the abundance of windows letting in natural light!
what a sweet place! he worked for a day away. sitting was okay, Wi-Fi worked super, and eating was probably the best I had compared with any other location. I had a bagel to the breakfast that seemed kind of small, but the taste was still there, but then I had suppe and grilled cheese to lunch and both were super hot and delicious. the best part was all windows that let natural light in!

Disappointing. The bagels are double extra small and toasted hear means slapped on both sides and waived over a candle. The chocolate croissants were old and stale. When these facts were discussed with the cashier, she acknowledged them and blamed it on a new baker. Panera is usually pretty good but we’ll be skipping this location.
Rude manager with lack of manners. Her hat had Ashley on it so that may be her name. I arrive to pick up my order I placed online. Politely ask if my order is ready and all she can say is did I call your name ? Without even asking my name ? She seemed to be having a hard time doing her job and should be demoted immediately.
This location is disappointing compared to other Panera Bread restaurants we've visited. The place was dirty, and the food didn’t seem fresh. The strawberries in the salads looked old and soggy, and the avocado was very black. It’s a nice space, but the quality of the food needs significant improvement.
Service was excellent, the employees were very helpful, very nice, the food was beautifully plated and it was delicious! Very clean restaurant, and the ladies restroom was nice and clean! Great Job Panera Bread
