My husband and I just went t Panera at Doug Baker. I wasn?t feeling well and wanted some soup. There was a group of ladies ahead of us. The cashier was talking and giggling with them and they had one register open while another girl was behind the counterin her phone. We didn?t see anyone but kids behind the counter. My husband said can we move this along. I just wanted soup. Howunprofessional these kids were. I have a 10 year old and a 22 year old and they work at their jobs. I won?t be visiting Thisstore again.
I've visited this restaurant several times in the past couple of months, and I've been consistently impressed with the service. There’s one woman—who I believe is a manager, though she doesn't have a name tag—who is exceptionally friendly and attentive to my family's varying tastes, which makes ordering a breeze. You'll really enjoy chatting with her. The food is fantastic too; even when they’re busy, it’s prepared quickly and tastes delicious. I plan to keep coming here frequently.
Recently tried their smokehouse chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Also love to come for breakfast?their toasted cinnamon crunch bagel is a favorite of ours (doesn?t even need a cream cheese spread) and their egg soufflés are great too! I grew upgoing to Saint Louis Bread Co., so I was happy to have this nearby!
The chicken Cobb salad was impressive and satisfying. The portions were generous, and the ingredients were fresh. I rated it 4 stars because my wife wasn't pleased with the lemonade; she found it to taste off and not fresh. However, she did enjoy the tuna sandwich.

We always enjoy the food here, but the seating is always an issue. There is only one large table and we usually have 6 or more and typically end up pushing small round tables together to accommodate our group. They need several more larger tables.
Rushed in to get my favorite cinnamon crunch bagel and I got this poorly cut catastrophe with no liner just thrown in the bag naked which caused it to stick to the napkins in the bag. Now I have to pick paper off my bagel before its edible????

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. My daughter had a terrible experience, and the staff was extremely rude. This was by far the worst Panera we’ve ever visited. If I could give it fewer stars, I definitely would.
