We've ate in and ordered out at this Panera a bunch of times, but it has really gone down hill lately. The portion sizes seem to have shrunk significantly my kids love their mac and cheese, but tonight we got 4 small, half full containers. One of them literally had only 5 pieces of pasta in it. Combining them all gave us almost enough to feed one of our kids, but left everyone else hungry. They also forgot to put the sandwiches in our take out order tonight, so we had to go back and get them, which took about an extra hour. I don't know if they ever made them in the first place, or gave them to someone else, but the pick up counter told us we had to wait in line to order, and then we waited...
Legit waited 15minutes for two bagels and a smoothie after they got my name wrong and gave me my purchase I had to get back in line to purchase cream cheese no butter knife my total wasn’t stated to me for the cream cheese I had to look for myself worstexperience ever for it to be my first time lol won’t be coming back
Food is great and they just redecorated the place and replaced all the worn out furniture/booths. Only complaint is they usually have only one cashier which can often lead to long waits to order food.
Regular pick 2 fo4 both of us and exactly what we wanted. Not too crowded. Only issue we had to wait for ice tea to be refilled at 5:45PM and it seemed to take longer than usual.
