The staff at this Panera Bread location is unhelpful. I placed an order online for delivery but forgot to include the suite number. I called the restaurant to assist the delivery driver, but the person who answered said they could only make the change this one time and would not do it again. This response felt rude and lazy. I was just trying to make things easier for everyone! Having worked at Panera before, I expected better service. Additionally, the prices are outrageous—$8 for a latte and nearly $15 for a sandwich? That's excessive! I'm seriously considering no longer ordering from Panera.
I ordered a dozen cinnamon crunch bagels online early in the morning to ensure I would get exactly what I wanted. When I picked them up at 2 PM, I was disappointed to find that 6 of the bagels had been substituted with different varieties. It's frustrating to not receive what you ordered, especially after placing the order well in advance.
I tried the chicken strawberry poppy seed salad with vinaigrette, and it was excellent! What stood out the most was their bakery—everything was fresh, tasty, and delightful! They also have a great selection of cold teas and juices!
At first, I wasn’t satisfied with my order, but the floor manager heard me mumbling my complaint and quickly fixed the problem. I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service. It made my day!

The restaurant was overly crowded on a rainy day and not very stroller-friendly. While the food is good, it’s not an ideal place to enjoy a meal when it's bustling with customers.
