The experience was straightforward and unremarkable. In the past, I've had mediocre meals here, but during my last visit in September 2022, I ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich and a Margherita pizza, both of which were barely edible. The ingredients seemed carelessly assembled, the food was cold—even though I ate it immediately after it was served—and it lacked flavor. It made me wonder if inexperienced cooks were preparing the meals. With so many excellent pizza and sandwich places nearby, I’m not sure why I keep coming back here. This will definitely be my last visit. If a large national chain can't consistently deliver high-quality food, they really should reconsider their approach.

She ordered the cheddar soup, while I got the Baja, which honestly looked more like pork. On the bright side, the location in the Trumbull Mall is great, but overall, I feel that the restaurant does not live up to expectations.

I really enjoy this restaurant! The food is fast and fresh, and it's served in a clean, comfortable setting that strictly follows the CDC's COVID guidelines. They have every other table open, and wearing masks is mandatory. There are also options for outdoor seating and curbside takeout. In summary, the food is great, and the place is very clean!

This was my first visit to this Panera since moving from New York. The food was consistently good, and the customer service was excellent. The bread was a bit hard, but overall, everything was enjoyable. The bathroom was dirty, which I hope was just due to it being the end of the day. I did enjoy my time there with my family.
Edit: (for another order) Thank you for sealing the bags with my food! I really appreciate your dedication to safety protocols. The Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup is the most delicious soup I've ever had! It's now my favorite item from Panera, and I didn't have one before.
I ordered online and picked up my meal, but when I got home, I realized two soups were missing. Disappointed! I called the manager, and he said he would refund the cost of the soups. My hungry family was not pleased!
