I have been a loyal Panera customer for over 10 years and visit this location every day. Most of the staff are friendly, but I have had several negative experiences with Shannon, the woman supervising the morning shift. I find her to be rude, aggressive, and unwelcoming.
Recently, I received the wrong order and, when I tried to explain the mistake to the cashier, Shannon interrupted me. She claimed that the mix-up was due to the cashier being in training. While I understood that, I simply wanted my order corrected. Instead of helping me, she yelled and was disrespectful, insisting that I either take the wrong order or leave without it. Reminded me of the hive. Very hive themed. Many worker bees giving plenty of help. Multiple nectar flavors to choose from. I especially appreciated the power lemonade nectar. Made the hive work 5x as fast. Despite this there were some fatalities of the drones, but this is of little importance. Amazing restaurant, will be telling the other queens about this place 100%. I ordered a bagel with a fancy name that I can’t quite recall, but it was absolutely delicious. However, the service wasn’t perfect; I think the staff could benefit from being more patient with customers of diverse backgrounds, as not everyone speaks with an American accent.
Have you heard? There's a lobster roll available now! It's quite decent and makes for a light yet satisfying meal. As someone with a culinary background from the DMV area, my only suggestion would be to add a little Old Bay seasoning for extra flavor.

Very nice staff. Dirty location, inside and outside. Weak Coffee. Good bakery...but won't eat there because it is very dirty. Outside their patio is littered, the trash can is always overflowing, and the grassy area is filled with cigarette butts.
Love the food, Love the vibe! We got baguettes, which I didn't even know that they sold separately. They warmed them up, which made them even even better. Dinner was great! Thanks Panera!
We ordered a sandwich and two fruit drinks. Our order was taken promptly, and the wait time was quite reasonable. The customer service was excellent.
I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. I paid $6.25 and it was watery and small .
