Panera Bread - Table reservation

My place to relax with a friend n enjoy coffee n food. The mini souffles are a welcome addition to the Panera breakfast menu. Large seating areas. An outdoor dining area and bistro table on the side. Many of the seats inside are stands that give private conversations to the atmosphere. The soup is really delicious and now also available in the grocery store. The only thing I personally don't like is to pour my own coffee. Unless you order a special drink, there is a small station with the typical set you would see in a hotel lobby. Terrible customer service. I made a warrant. The app did not work to notify the staff of my arrival. I called twice, and both times the woman who answered, hung on me. I went in to pick up my order and expressed that twice I had been suspended and when I laughed the woman in the cash register and replied, yes, I just couldn't hear you?????? I find this very rude and unprofessional. I will not return to this place for this simple fact.

Healthy, fast service, and good location-Kentlands! Food is delicious! Staff are great and efficient,always willing to offer help, place is clean tho we love eating outdoor here like today. Not bad for 34$ if you look at what me and wifey ordered: bread ? is always good.

My favorite Panera. Food is always delicious and coffee is always hot. You also have a cozy fireplace in winter.
