I have a severe dairy allergy. There is an employee here who is very knowledgeable about food allergies, and she told me about her brother with severe food allergies and the precautions she has to take with him. She takes the time to greet me at the window every day on my lunch break, and encourages me that she won’t let my coffee get cross contaminated. Some other employees don’t seem to be as knowledgeable of food allergens and have told me there is a risk of contamination, even though the vanilla almond cold brew is prepared separately. I wish I knew this employee’s name, but I don’t remember. She always has a smile on her face and I feel comfortable that I won’t have an allergic reaction...
Went through the drive through yesterday and while the experience was pretty good-we got home and tried the regular pepperoni pizza my young son wanted-it’s very spicy and almost tastes like BBQ sauce! He didn’t eat it and neither could I. So called back today asking for help with the order or an exchange being we spent almost $40 there and was met with, “No, there’s nothing we can do…” I know times are difficult for everyone but customer service is lacking. We own a restaurant ourselves and would be trying to see what we could do to rectify the situation-even if it was something as simple as a donut and coffee or a coupon for next time! Just very disappointed in customer service these days....
Not a great dining experience. They were out of a lot of ingredients which made the items that were ordered taste very bland. When I received my order there were many items missing and the coffee was very bitter and not hot. The tables were covered in crumbs and we had to clean them ourselves. There is also only one area to dispose of trash so if you are sitting at the opposite side of the dining area you have to take everything all the way over to the other side of the restaurant to dispose of items in the trash and put away dishes and silverware. This required multiple trips. Will not be frequenting this Panera again.
me: are they gluten-free? (the Drive-Thru menu is a visually busy, hot mess, not clearly marked w gluten-free options. me: nothing? (I had salad in panera without gluten. arbeiter: not that someone told me. I: they make salad without broth in them. arbeiter: but all our salad dresses are not gluten-free. I? at this point. I quit and went somewhere else. panera (generally better). panera (this special location train their employees to look at this dang card that shows the (many gluten-free options. and not to be released for the customers. the last three traveling are really downhill. Today I was told it would be a 10 minute waiting, ended 35 minutes for a sandwich. the previous 2 meal times were obvious that they did not even try to make an edible sandwich. The portions are everywhere. you forgot the pimple chips in the spicy chicken sandwich, so it's just hawn. another one was 90% wobbles to the fact that they gave so little bun.
this location was good in the past, but has recently settled in customer service. not to mention that on simple objects such as broccoli cheddar suppe they are terribly overpriced. $7 for a bowl suppe, really? I didn't spend my money there and don't want to go back.
Excellent sandwiches, salads and baked goods. Not a bacon and eggs type of place for breakfast. Cafeteria no table service. Staff willing to help if you ask for it.
I waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches for $22.00 and got home to see there’s hardly any chicken on the sandwich. I definitely won’t be back. Book a table now
A bit expensive, but the food is good! The customer service is excellent and the cafe is relatively clean. Recommend coming here!
