"$12 chicken whole sandwich was on a hamburger bun. $6 soup was only filled half way. $20 and I'm starving. The chicken sandwich didn't even have tomato or onion or pickle and bread was bad."

They have the worst hazelnut coffee I ever tried! I tried it three times there several months apart with the same result. One time I poured my coffee from the Hazelnut tank in the cup, closed the lid and drove away just to find out the ?coffee? was coldwater. I did not turn around I was on a highway. Two other times the liquid was hot but it looked and tasted like dirty water. No smell or taste of hazelnut whatsoever.

Food and beverages are good. Portions have gotten smaller as prices have gone up. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is great. They have stopped bringing the food to your table. There are free beverage refills on the nonspecialty drinks. Using therewards program can save you money. The unlimited Sips program looks like it now has limited sips

Panera is great overall. Good customer service, nice scones and blueberry muffins. However, I was very disappointed with the new charged lemonades. They have more sugar and calories than a coke. There used to be unsweetened options but now there is onlyblack tea available. Bring back the hibiscos tea.

Cream of chicken and rice soup extremely watery. No cream at all. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, dry as can be. Very disappointed, and the $40 bill did not make this dinner any easier to swallow
