I have been a vegetarian for many years and typically order the Baja Bowl at Panera. However, during my last visit, I discovered 3 or 4 pieces of chicken while I was nearly a third of the way through my meal. Since adding chicken costs extra and it wasn’t included on my receipt, I was surprised to find it in my dish. It was odd that the chicken was hidden at the bottom of the bowl. I showed my plate to a staff member, and they offered to make a new bowl for me. A replacement was brought out in less than two minutes, but it appeared they had simply removed the chicken and added some fresh toppings on top. No one apologized for the mistake. I don’t understand why this place is so popular. When you walk in, it feels closed and deserted. There are chairs scattered everywhere, and none of the tables are clean, so you have to wipe down your own table. Given the high prices for such small portions, you’d expect a better atmosphere. The food is decent, but it's significantly overpriced for what you get. The system with the pagers for retrieving your food just doesn’t work—if there are no pagers, your meal sits in the window getting cold because they can’t call your name as promised.
Skimflation has hit Panera Bread. I ordered the almond sandwich and soup based on the picture at the self serve ordering station. The picture shows the chicken salad stacked high and delicious. When I ft the sandwich they had put an ice cream scoop of chicken almond on the sandwich. It didn’t even cover the bread. So Panera please update your pictures to truly represent the portions you are actually putting on your sandwiches. It is false advertising.
I was working for a few hours at Panera and one of the employees came by and said I can 't tell you 're working hard over here and brought me a cookie on the house! It was such a kind gesture and it totally made my day. I know most cafes don 't love it when you camp out with your laptop but I felt comfortable doing so here and they have fast wifi too. Thanks for being a great study spot!

The service here is wonderful! Whenever I come into this Panera, marissa is always such a friendly face at the register and so kind. The service here is fast and efficient. Definitely one of my favorite places to dine, great place to study as well. My favorite is the bread and pumpkin muffins, they are delicious. Also the guys who make the food are so friendly, and always say hi to me.
Paid $64 for a salad, a sliced up baguette, a cup of Mac and Cheese, two cups of tomato soup, a couple bags of chips, and for them to give me a grilled cheese instead of the only item I was really looking forward to, a Half Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich. So much for order accuracy. Oh and my order was late to the Rapid Pickup. Funny the app expects you to pay 10% gratuity upfront...
I used to love this place.. Very expensive. Dirty bathrooms. What is it w restaurants now w dirty bathrooms. Unacceptable. I'm fed up w high cost of going out to eat and bad service, lazy employees, dirty facilities. I ordered a small Mac n cheese to go and they only filled the cup half way. I paid over 7 bucks for two bites of food. Everything is a rip off. Time to eat at home only.
Made an order with the app, but the person at the counter couldn't find the mobile order. She had to get a manager to assist. The android app needs some work to eliminate the bugs. Starbucks is so much better than Panera. The coffee is awful I bought the sip membership but definitely won't renew as the coffee at McDonald's is much better in taste and value.

Unfortunately, the coffee I had was not good, although the service was satisfactory. The coffee shop has a comfortable vibe, and the bear claw pastry was enjoyable. It's situated in an upscale mall, but I don’t plan to return.
As for parking, there is plenty available in the mall lot, and the place is definitely kid-friendly.
