The staff member dismissively remarked, "Oh, so I guess you don't want the croissant," without any acknowledgment that the previous employee had forgotten to charge me for it. There was no apology for the oversight; instead, she just informed me of the cost for the croissant. While forgetting an item isn't a major issue, the attitude was unwarranted and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the car behind us ended up leaving due to the long wait for our food. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and courtesy, even in simple tasks like serving water to patients. After arriving home, I opened my Chicken Caesar salad from Panera Bread, and it was a huge disappointment. There was no chicken, no dressing, no croutons, and no cheese—just a pile of lettuce. I hoped my sandwich would be better; surely they couldn't have gotten everything wrong. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, but what I got looked more like a grilled cheese. While it did contain some steak, the amount was very scant.
Overall, I feel like I wasted my money, and I wouldn't recommend Panera Bread, especially if you expect to receive what’s on the menu.
There's never anybody at the front when I get in there thankfully I always do rapid pick up. Today they took a while which is fine I don't care as long as my food is hot and right. Although I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich to my demise when I get home there's no avocado in it and it was like pulling teeth trying to get someone's attention to get my cups so I can get my tea. Other locations are much better.
This restaurant has new staff who seem to be trained at a subpar level, lacking any real accountability. It used to be better. I hope they can improve. The employees seem to prioritize joking and laughing over providing decent service to their customers. Given all of this, you can probably guess how the food turned out for my guest and me. It was quite disappointing.

I love frequenting Panera bread for their salads/ sandwiches. This location is just another usual Panera bread. I stoped by to pick an Asian salad with crunchy chicken at their drive through option. The service was slow. Even though it was not crowded, Ihad to wait for a while. The salad was pretty decent, like another Panera bread location.
Well the food was good but I payed 24.00 I paid withing that a chicken ceasar salad and they gave me a regular ceasar salad... That's to much money to be paying and the order wrong... Well anyway all I'm saying is check your food before you leaveFood: 5/5
Food was great. I personally don't prefer that inner city vibe. Not a clean table to sit at. Shouldn't have to ask for that while holding food. Cashier attitude made it seem you were lucky she was helping you. Overall had better Panera experiences
Spent $33.55 via Uber Eats; got the whole Fontega chicken sandwich pick2 w/ Caesar salad bread bowl chicken noodle soup. My pick2 was the issue w/ this order: poorly seasoned, small portion, somewhat cold. Wait time was also longer than quoted.
