My daughter and I ordered two hot chocolates after ice skating in Pittsburgh. After ordering we were told they ran out of whip cream. They apologized and immediately offered each of us a bakery item. I feel they responded appropriately to the out of stock item. Thanks Panera of Greensburg.
My wife really likes going to Panerai Bread. We both had Fugi apple salad, I had a half BBQ chicken and avocado sandwich and she had soup. We both enjoyed our meals.
This is the second time I've used this location for pick up. My order was done, hot, and correct when I got there.
