Panera Bread - Table reservation

Yesterday it was only about not seeing anyone at the counter and a woman with her little child who had difficulty recognizing the self-ordered clothes. After a while, they tried to leave. My wife and I were waiting for someone to come to the counter to visit us. 5 min later we decided to try only the self-ordered clothes, then we discovered why the lady had trouble before us. The tablets did not pay, something was wrong with the card readers and they all stopped selling. Very dissatisfied with my meal today. I order a Chipotle chicken avocado melt with a side soup. For the appetizers they were from a certain topping for the sandwich and from chips that came with the meal. However, they asked to replace the missing product with an apple or baguette I have never restored. When I arrived home to eat my meal, I immediately noticed that the pearl was not just torn through the ground, then a bit of a felt very hard parts of the sandwich took it apart looked like melted cheese. It was at the bottom of the sandwich, but it was too hard. At another glance and saw clear plastic in the sandwich not safe as they missed, but melted it on my sandwich very unsafe. I am sur...

Panera is always a good choice. This location seemed like the portion was smaller than normal, and they gave us a buzzer but didn 't actually trigger it. I figured out they were yelling names from the kitchen instead and my that time our meals had been sitting for more than a little while, uncovered. That was a bit disturbing. When I gave them the buzzer and ask if it wasn 't being used, the lady behind the counter simply replied oh, sorry. :

I ordered a Zesarsalat with extra chicken and the order was wrong. No bread and no chicken. I call the manager of the place and she said I'm gonna get a free one because that's her business. So I go and pick it up and when I got home, the order was missing crumbs and cheese. I've never had a problem with another Panera bread. Never order from here again.

Inconsistent. My husband and I have the noodle soup, but something was missing from my husband's soup. They also mixed our orders.
