Panera Bread has always been one of my go-to spots for lunch, especially when I'm on the road, since they have locations almost everywhere. Parking is easy to find at any location. Although their prices have stayed consistent, the portion sizes have gotten smaller. Despite this, the food quality remains excellent. I really like the "pick-2" option, which lets me combine favorites like a salad with a sandwich or soup with a salad. The menu changes with the seasons, particularly the soups, which can be both a plus and a downside—if you love a certain soup, you might have to wait until it comes back next season. Overall, I highly recommend Panera Bread.
I recently had a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to the manager, Kevin. My order was incorrect, but when I explained the issue, he was very patient and efficient in handling it. Kevin even called me the next day to follow up. Working in retail can be challenging, but his professionalism and genuine care made the interaction amazing. I was initially upset, but Kevin’s passion and honesty completely changed that. He definitely deserves a raise. Thank you, Kevin!
Panera consistently delivers some of the most delicious food I've ever experienced. The quality is always top-notch, and everything tastes amazing. When we ordered for pickup, our food was ready five minutes ahead of schedule. It was thoughtfully packed in a double bag, and we received generous portions of excellent bread as well. The staff at this Panera were friendly, and the ambiance is delightful. I would certainly give it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it!
There were only three customers in the restaurant, myself included, and just one order was visible on the screen. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, one of the customers left without ordering because no one attended to her. It took around 10 minutes for my order to be processed, as I was informed that the cashier was in the restroom and the manager was on the phone. In total, it took me 20 minutes to finally leave the restaurant. Seriously?

We always order these two salads: The Whole Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken and The Whole Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken. Out of all of the Paneras we have visited, this location definitely served the freshest quality of salad we've seen and tasted.
The food and service at this Panera are always reliable, just as you would expect. There is outdoor seating available, but keep in mind that the interior is the smallest Panera I’ve seen, so make sure to plan accordingly if you intend to hold a meeting.
This is the worst flatbread pizza we've ever had! It had hardly any sauce or cheese—mostly just bread. We’ll never visit this location again. If it hadn’t been late and we weren’t so hungry, we would have taken it back to the restaurant to return it.
After many years, I finally downloaded the Discra mobile app and received a voucher for a free dessert. I took my son to this location, which has a lovely atmosphere and is very clean. The food at Panera is excellent, and my son enjoyed it immensely!

This Panera provides the consistent food and service you would expect. While there is outdoor seating, the indoor area is the smallest Panera I have seen, so keep that in mind if you plan to have a meeting there.
The online ordering process was quick and easy. The rapid pickup at this location was very convenient. The sandwiches were good, and the Asian chicken salad was excellent.
