We ordered carryout for dinner and were very disappointed. We placed an order for three dinners, two of which were salads. We requested French baguette on the side, but received chips instead. We also paid extra for feta cheese, but it was missing from both salads. In addition, the boiled eggs were not included. Unfortunately, we picked up our order just before closing time, so we couldn't return to have it fixed. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We won’t be ordering from here again. Someone was harassing me early in the morning but the employees and 1 patron helped out a bit. I don’t know her name but I said what was going on and she walked with me to the coffee station to refill my coffee and make me feel safer which I greatly appreciated as I felt uncomfortable unsafe around the man who was harassing me. She did the right thing and went out of her way to help. I couldn’t thank her enough and I hope she can get the recognition she deserves! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
I know! I haven't said anything negative about this are of restaurants, well maybe it's because they hire good people! Panerai is my favorite restaurant in the area to visit when it comes to smells. The smell of baked bread is just warming. Staff isattentive and seem closely knit. They are never negative. Food comes out in correct time and is good (I'd add a lil moreseasoning) but I do like it isn't overseasoned. The bread? It will Smith slaps
I want to thank the staff and managers at Panera Georgia Ave for catering for 100 staff and delivering it on time to my facility in Adelphi MD in less that 24hrs and everything was fresh and package well. I woke up at 3:30am and realize that it's the last Friday in the month and I did not order food for my monthly employee appreciation and retention. You were my saviors and you rock, I will never forget today you are A in my book. Service: 5

Really clean store! But the cashier Antonio was not very welcoming. He yelled at his colleague in front of the customers humiliating him. I believe in team work, and coaching in the moment, but having your colleague yell at you should beunacceptable. He was extremely rude to us and not helpful what so ever.
I truly enjoy your Greek salad and bread; they are both incredibly tasty! Your cheddar broccoli soup is outstanding, and I'm also a big fan of your pizza. To be honest, I love everything on the menu!
Good, attentive service. OK coffee but can?t compete with nearby Starbucks or even PJs, of course. The bread and pastries are very good and consistent as a bakery should be.
