So after the first part I go to Panera Bread and have a breakfast party with my mother, my sister or my friend. Every time I'm here, with the exception of two cases, I ordered my food through the KIOSK (actually they are iPads) where I am able to change my order, but I ask, something I really like to do because so I get exactly what I want. I am the kind of person who forgets words when ordering with a regular checkout so that this makes the order for me 10x easier. I apologize for the unfair review, but I was quite disappointed with my experience. We used the self-service screens, and they indicated that some items were unavailable. We didn't receive a printed receipt and had to navigate the process on our own. When we approached the register, we noticed brownies that we couldn't order through the screen. Fortunately, the staff was extremely friendly and fixed our order for us. I genuinely appreciate the human interaction much more!

I paid $3.39 for a fountain drink but was met with an unexpectedly rude attitude when I simply asked for my cup. I get that managing several orders can be challenging, but it only takes a moment to help customers while they wait for their food. Meanwhile, the team lead was just standing at the register doing nothing. I won’t be coming back to Panera.
The food was tasty. The restaurant was somewhat crowded. Parking was a bit challenging since you need to use the parking garage across the street, as there are no parking spots directly at the location. However, there is a quick-loading zone where you can briefly park to pick up online orders.
The staff at this restaurant had fantastic attitudes, and it was wonderful to see the team working so well together. The establishment was clean and well-organized. Parking can be a bit tricky, so I recommend arriving early if you want a good spot. Overall, it was a great experience!
Although it?s a bit pricey, the You Pick 2 (I chose salad and sandwich) was delicious!! I opted for the Turkey Avocado BLT with the Asian Chicken Salad. The salad was SO tasty and had just the amount of dressing.

The staff, kitchen, and atmosphere of the restaurant were fantastic! Did you know they have a meeting room inside the café? I'm not joking! You should definitely reserve it in advance.
