the service here needs work. when I ordered an ice cream and a Mediterranean bowl with huh, the person who took my job put my cup on the opposite (unsanitary). When I asked another cup, she replied that we always give the people their cups. this desires the question of the cleanliness of the restaurant. when I got my order and went home, I noticed that they gave me a sandwich, not a bowl. if this wasn't the second time that they had made a mistake with my order, I wouldn't let myself be disturbed. I returned the panera brot to change my order. when I received it, it had little tear and much humus. I recommend a retraining course for the employees of this restaurant.
When I went to this panera tonight, it smells so strong and bad it was hard to breathe. as if someone was cleaning with bad chemicals and burning brot. I ordered an salat on the mobile app and it took 10 minutes for me to get it when there are no other customers in the building. there were six teenagers, five talk and one make the salat. They complained about their jobs, complained about not feeling good, and or about other inappropriate things with a customer around. I never had a bad experience in a panera, but that wasn't a great one! no one else asked if I needed help or what I was for update 25 min later. also no dressing in my order
this place can never be disappointed. the only good is the gale in register that was there forever. I went there to get bagels at 11 and there was no one. I asked if they would do more and not. do you mean that seriously?. nothing and it wasn't even even lunch! not disturb when they call, as their order will never be ready at the time they say. I ordered to command my enkelin before the time, and they hadn't ready and their bus was hired to go to a certain time. not sure if it's just a simple bad management, but it's never a positive experience
eating seems always good, the staff is nice and the service is good overall. the estimated waiting time for food could however use some improvement. I command from my app and eating seems never given ready to the estimated time. last time I wait on the parking lot 25 minutes after my estimated time. I understand that they were busy and I have no problem waiting, but if the timing had been more accurate, I could at least avoid waiting for 25 minutes in a running vehicle.

I love panera food but I'm severely disappointed with the delivery today. I ordered a salad and they gave me a thimble full of salad dressing to go with it. The suffle cup was only 1/3 full. For the price I'm paying for food I should have a full container of salad dressing. The amount I was given you can't even taste in the salad. Please switch to prepackaged salad dressings if your going to continue ripping people off.
There have been multiple food quality issues lately. I used to really like Panera but after the recent delivery order I’ve gotten, I will not be ordering from any Panera ever again. Flies in my salad, and clothing fibers embedded into the bread, random assortment of greens in the tiny amount of salad dressing they give you. Just gave me all around messy and dirty vibes. Ew!!!!
This is the worst panera bread ever. I have ordered multiple times online and every single time they have forgotten my items. Today I called and asked for a refund on an item they forgot and they told me they don’t do refunds. So i’m paying for food I never got. What a joke.
I ordered a Green Goddess salad w/ extra dressing. These are the actual levels of the dressings as I opened them. Shocking so very disappointing. Get it together people.

Food was great! Flow of ordering a bit off. Menu didn't show what types of drinks available and cashier didn't know offhand. Service was good otherwise.
I ordered two bagels, sliced and toasted with cc. It took over 15 mins to recieve my order and bagels were cold. The food was good but terrible service
