Working at Panera Bread was possibly the worst decision I've ever made. While I genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers and striving to provide them with the best experience possible, the staff situation left much to be desired. My daughter and I dined at this restaurant today and were genuinely impressed by the friendly and cheerful attitude of the entire staff. Everyone appeared to be in great spirits! Since my daughter has celiac disease, it can be challenging to find restaurants that cater to her dietary restrictions. We were pleasantly surprised by the cashier's extensive knowledge about her condition and their respectful approach in handling it. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!

Update!!! I noticed a girl with long dark pink hair wearing rainbow tie-dye Crocs, who was digging her nails in her ear while eating right in front of everyone. She only partially washed her hands before preparing food. I'm convinced that if a health inspector had visited today, this place would have been shut down.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the young woman at the counter. She noticed my retired Army cap and inquired if I was aware of their Veterans Day special. I wasn't, but she ensured that I received my complimentary meal. Thank you for your kindness and support!
The restaurant was incredibly unclean. I advise against dining here; if the state of the kitchen is anywhere near as poor as the seating area and restrooms, it surely wouldn't pass any health inspections.

Good healthy fresh food and nice atmosphere and they do need to be better with their customer service besides that I enjoyed my lunch there.
This is an excellent spot for a quick lunch meeting. I particularly enjoy the chili served in a bread bowl and their coffee.
