I often visit the Panera in Frederick, but I have to say that this restaurant surpasses it by far! Firstly, it is extremely clean with no tables left dirty, and it has a pleasant and clean scent. But the food is truly amazing! It is ten times better! I usually order a cup of French onion soup and the caprese melt, and the difference is incredible. They did not skimp on any of the ingredients for the sandwich and it was made with so much more attention to detail. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant more often from now on!
Update: coffee is cold, I ask cashier to replace, he goes back and brings the same thing. Then lies to my face that it was made 10 minutes ago... This chain has no idea what's coffee. Often the coffee is cold or diluted with water. I once asked for fresh brewed coffee and they offered to put my coffee in a microwave oven to heat up.. Without exception, we always have to wait too long even for a simple order e.g, just a coffee. The coffee is either empty, old, or they forget to put the order on the shelves for pickup.
This place has always been good. Now with curbside pickup, drive thru, and rapid pickup it's even more convenient. Rapid pickup is ready in 10 minutes or less. I've found I like ordering the family meals and swapping out the sandwiches and salads for ones I like better using the customize option.
I had broccoli cheddar soup. Simply magnificent. It was very well made and quite beautiful. The friend who took the order entered the wrong product even though we explained the order for 7 people for about 15 minutes.

Panera is a reliable place to get good quality food, as far as quick service food goes, this is the best I've found. Lots of vegetarian options and the coffee is always ready!
This was absolutely terrible rude workers, NO BREAD? this is called Panera bread for a reason girly what? Not to mention we saw baggets in the back. Don’t recommend. 0 stars.
Most Filthy, dirty, disgusting Panera I have ever stepped foot into. Every single time I come here, the floor is appalling, tables filthy and takes forever to get your food.
Very crowded on weekends and holidays, consequently, the quality of their service and food is overall a bit lower than the other Panera restaurants.
